What you will do as a residential Sales and Install Plumber: 

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and equipment in residential homes
• Identify upgrade opportunities and present premium options that enhance comfort, efficiency, and long‑term value
• Build trust with homeowners through education‑based selling and clear communication
• Close sales by offering tailored solutions that match customer needs and budgets
• Document all work and sales activity using ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with builders, project managers, and office staff to keep projects moving smoothly
• Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and represent the company with pride
• Participate in ongoing sales and technical training to sharpen your skills

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience

• Proven ability to sell upgrades, accessories, or premium solutions

• Experience installing water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset

• Strong time‑management and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to code compliance

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Able to lift and carry 60 lbs and perform physical installation work
