Pay: $18–$20/hr + spiffs
Schedule: Seasonal role with weekends required. Shifts fall between 7am–8pm and may vary, with evening availability strongly preferred.

Take inbound calls from new and existing customers and create lifelong ACE customers
Make outbound calls to membership customers to schedule maintenance visits
Communicate promotions, sales opportunities, and cross‑sell options
Enter and update sensitive customer information accurately
Provide general inbound customer service and support
Previous customer service experience, especially inbound and outbound call handling
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
A team‑first mindset with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
