Customer Service Representative

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Ace Home Services has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher.

This position pays $18-22 per hour depending on experience. 

Available Schedules: 11:30am-8:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm Friday - Monday (10 hour shift)

What you will do: 

• Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Ace
• Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
• Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers 

• Data entry of sensitive information 
• General inbound customer service  

What you bring: 

• Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
• Service Titan experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to details and ability to multitask 
• Conscientious, team player 
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
