ACE Home Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Jetter Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean and maintain commercial sewer and drainage systems, ensuring the safe and efficient removal of blockages and buildup. This role is critical in maintaining proper system functionality for our clients, requiring technical expertise, a strong commitment to safety, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and clear commercial sewer lines, drains, and related systems.
- Inspect and assess drainage systems for blockages, damage, or obstructions before and after jetting operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on jetting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
- Work with team members to provide exceptional service and timely solutions for clients.
- Document work performed, including site conditions and services rendered, and complete required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding project status, issues, or recommendations for further maintenance or repairs.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating high-pressure jetting or similar equipment in commercial or industrial environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of sewer and drainage systems, including maintenance and repair practices.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to jetting operations.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various outdoor and confined-space environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL certification is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
